1.Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing our website at lyv-on.com or engaging our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2.Description of Services

LYV.on provides transitional life coaching, motivational speaking, workshops, digital content, and related wellness services designed to help working mothers and ambitious women navigate major life transitions. Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions

  • Group coaching programs

  • Speaking engagements and workshops

  • Digital courses and resources

  • The LYV.on Blueprint Framework

  • Online content and community access

3.Coaching Relationship and Professional Boundaries

3.1 Nature of Coaching

Our coaching services are designed to support personal and professional development. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions.

3.2 Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. While we provide guidance and support, you acknowledge that outcomes depend on your commitment and application of strategies discussed.

3.3 Professional Boundaries

If you are experiencing mental health concerns that require therapeutic intervention, we may recommend you seek appropriate professional support before or during our coaching relationship

4.Payment Terms and Refund Policy

4.1 Payment

Payment is due in full before Services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

4.2 Refund Policy

  • Coaching Programs: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no coaching sessions have been conducted.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if content has not been accessed.

  • Speaking Engagements: Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in individual speaking agreements.

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of Services and additional fees as outlined in your specific service agreement.

5.Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Client Cancellations

Coaching sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited unless rescheduled due to emergency circumstances.

5.2 Provider Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide reasonable notice and work with you to find an alternative time.

6.Confidentiality and Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of our coaching relationship as outlined in our Privacy Policy. However, confidentiality may be broken if required by law or if there is imminent danger to yourself or others.

7.Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content, including the LYV.on Blueprint Framework, course materials, worksheets, and proprietary methodologies, remain our intellectual property. You may use materials for personal purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7.2 Client Content

You retain ownership of any personal information and insights you share during coaching sessions.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when registering for Services

  • Treat all interactions with respect and professionalism

  • Not share login credentials or course materials with unauthorized parties

  • Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYV.on and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

While we are committed to supporting your growth, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our Services.

10.3 Technical Issues

11.Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Unused prepaid sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis

  • Access to digital content and communities will be revoked

  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

12.Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law
