I built LYV.on at the intersection of two things — the corporate systems that move women into leadership, and the inner practice that lets them stay there without breaking.

The Why Behind the Work

I spent fifteen years watching brilliant women quietly break.

I didn't start LYV.on because I had a clever idea. I started it because I couldn't stop seeing the same pattern.

For more than fifteen years I've worked inside corporate people strategy — building leadership pipelines, opening new locations, running inclusion programs, and partnering with HR teams to reduce turnover and improve engagement. The work I do for organizations isn't theoretical. It's what I've been doing every day for over a decade and a half.

And in every single one of those rooms, I watched something I couldn't stop thinking about. The most capable women I knew — the most talented, most dedicated, most brilliant leaders — were quietly running themselves into the ground. Not because they weren't working hard enough. Because the systems around them were built on the assumption that personal sacrifice was the price of professional success.

"They were excelling at work. Showing up for their families. Checking every box. And they were completely empty inside."

I was also one of them. A working mother, climbing the corporate ladder, navigating maternity leaves, leading large multi-site teams — and quietly wondering how long I could keep that pace. I needed something different. The leadership development tools available to me were built for a different leader. So I built what I needed.

That's what LYV.on is. The L.I.V.E. Framework is the methodology I wish someone had handed me at every step of the climb. And the work I do now sits at the intersection of two truths I learned the hard way — that organizations don't keep their best women without changing how they support them, and that no individual woman should have to break herself to belong in leadership.
