Why I built LYV.on.
After 15+ years in corporate leadership — managing high-performing teams, navigating organizational change, and pushing through the pressure to do it all — I started noticing a pattern in the women around me.
Not dramatic burnout moments. Just quiet, creeping realizations. Women who were excelling everywhere except in their own lives. Accomplished, driven women who had slowly become unrecognizable to themselves — sacrificing sleep, joy, and the things that mattered most while the world told them to push harder.
Those conversations changed everything for me. I went deep — into what it actually takes to build a balanced life, into the research on wellbeing and performance, into the real conversations women weren't having at work or at home. What came out the other side was the L.I.V.E. Framework — a practical, compassionate approach to building sustainable leadership that actually holds up when life gets hard.
LYV.on was born from that work. And from a simple but radical belief: when women leaders invest in themselves, everything around them rises — their teams, their cultures, their results.
