Hi, I'm Maria — and I'm on a mission to change how women lead.
After 15+ years in corporate leadership, I kept seeing the same thing in the women around me — brilliant, capable leaders quietly running on empty. Not dramatic burnout. Just a quiet, creeping realization that they were excelling everywhere except in their own lives.
